(W)eten wat de buren eten - (know/eat what your neighbours are eating)
In collaboration with Imke van Dillen, a community art project where we worked together with the residents of five streets in Den Bosch.
After finding out what is occupying the neighbourhood we organized a street party where all the residents could taste from traditional food made by the residents themselves coming from a wide range of nationalities. The 100 meter long party table with the visitors was the basis of the pictures that where later presented on the trash containers.
Every week the containers have to be put on the side of the street all in line, so they can be empty by the trash collectors. Every week a new table is formed as people randomly put their container next to another container.
