Blue Forest Cocktail

Charlott Markus commissioned me to make a cocktail specially for the book launch of her beautiful artist book Some Things Bleak at San Serriffe. The commission came with the rule to only use the colours of the book: black, white and blue. After some research and a lot of experimenting I came up with this plant based/vegan variation containing vodka, crème de cacao, almond milk, blue ice cubes made with natural flowers, edible blue flowers and black sugar.
